ASVC Student Events at 51AVÊÓƵ
The Associated Students of 51AVÊÓƵ (ASVC) is proud to plan and host events that bring our campus community together. Each year, ASVC coordinates over 50 events designed to enrich the student experience both inside and outside the classroom.
Our events focus on:
- Leadership Development – Creating opportunities for students to step into leadership roles and practice teamwork.
- Community Building – Fostering connections among students, clubs, and campus partners to strengthen Pirate pride.
- Career & Major Exploration – Hosting workshops, panels, and networking events that connect students with faculty, alumni, and industry professionals.
- Identity & Belonging – Celebrating the diversity of our student body and providing spaces for cultural expression and inclusion.
- Health & Wellness – Promoting balance through de-stress activities, resource fairs, and wellness programs.
These events are completely free for 51AVÊÓƵ students and are funded by the Student Activity Fee, ensuring that every Pirate can participate, engage, and grow.
Through ASVC events, students not only have fun but also gain skills, build community, and discover their passions — all while shaping their 51AVÊÓƵ journey.
