Throughout this website you will find information about how 51AVÊÓÆµ (VC) courses meet requirements for transfer to public and private California four-year colleges and universities, including general education, preparation for specific majors, and elective credit for Ìý(±«°ä),Ìý (CSU), and out-of-state colleges and universities. The website is not intended to replace a counselor. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you meet with a VC counselor regularly as transfer information and requirements do change.Â
What We Do
Articulation is the process of evaluating courses to determine whether course work completed at one institution will meet requirements for transfer credit, admissions, general education and/or major preparation at another institution.
The articulation office at 51AVÊÓÆµ develops, proposes and coordinates course articulation agreements. Generally speaking, articulation proposals are often initiated and submitted by the VC articulation officer for review by university faculty and are then either approved or denied. An established articulation agreement enables students to transition and transfer to a four-year campus more effectively and efficiently.
